Can I Integrate Your WOTC Service with My Applicant Tracking Software?
CMS says you can definitely do that. If the ATS allows for using an email template, you can very simply email new hires instructions directly from your ATS, on how to complete the WOTC survey. New Hires can do this via a secure website, through our 24/7 call center, or through paper. Depending on your ATS’s capabilities you can also add the link (or instructions), or PDF form download to the onboarding software. We recommend that you do the WOTC forms along with all of your other onboarding new hire documents.
Note: CMS’s WOTC service is integrated to iRecruit, our in-house applicant tracking and electronic onboarding software.
