Do the WOTC forms come in Spanish?
CMS Says: This is most definitely a frequently asked question about the Work Opportunity Tax Credit forms. The WOTC’s 8850 form is available in Spanish on the I.R.S. website. However, you can only use them for reference when responding to the questions. At time of writing, neither the I.R.S. or the State Workforce Agencies will accept the Spanish language form.
