CMS Says: As an employer you can only claim the WOTC credit for eligible employees once, the first time the invididual(s) are hired. The Work Opportunity Tax Credit is not available for re-hires or returning employees. A seasonal employee, whether full-time or part-time, has to meet the 120-hour minimum in order for you to be eligible.
