New: Submit Payments in Admin Portal
Great news — paying your invoices just got easier. You can now submit payments right inside your WOTC Admin Portal under the Invoices tab on the left side once logged in.
Our goal is to make your portal a true one-stop WOTC shop, giving you quick access to every tool you need in one place. If you need your login information or have any questions, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.
New: Capture Work Opportunity Tax Credits – WOTC – with Indeed Apply
WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) screening is now supported within Indeed Apply—no separate process required. If you already work with CMS, you can link directly to the WOTC questionnaire right from your Indeed job application. f you’d like to enable WOTC Tax Credit Screening for your job postings, just share your WOTC screening URL with Indeed to get it configured. If you don’t have your URL, please contact us here.

Reminder to Customers: Continue screening, don’t miss out!
We want to remind you to please continue screening all your new hires. States are working behind the scenes and are advising to keep screening, keep submitting. They are anticipating WOTC to be renewed with a retroactive date, as it has done so historically, so you will miss out on potential tax credits if you do not continue screening.
- DON’T MISS OUT ON TAX CREDITS! We would like to remind customers to continue to screen new hires within the 28 day time frame.
- Screen Every New Hire: Don’t miss out on potential tax credits—screen everyone!
- Check Your WOTC URL/Links: Make sure your WOTC onboarding links are active. Please let us know if you need updates.
- 28-Day Deadline: WOTC forms must be submitted within 28 days of the new hire’s start date to remain eligible. (Yes, it bears repeating)
- Review your company contacts in the ORGANIZATION INFORMATION tab in the Admin Portal to confirm everything is current.

Understanding the Work Opportunity Tax Credit’s Target Groups: IV-A Recipient
New hires who fall under one or more of WOTC’s Target Groups may make you eligible for a WOTC Tax Credit. Target Group #1 is the Qualified IV-A Recipient. 38,820 individuals were hired with certification from this group in 2024, 2.5% of the total.
A “qualified IV-A recipient” is an individual who is a member of a family receiving assistance under a state program funded under part A of title IV of the Social Security Act relating to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). The assistance must be received for any 9 months during the 18-month period ending on the hiring date.
The maximum tax credit available for hiring a Qualified IV-A Recipient is $2,400.
