If I have ex-felons making me eligible for WOTC credit where do I report?
CMS Says: Firstly you’d have the new hire(s) complete the WOTC Forms 8850 and 9061. Those are then submitted to your local State Workforce Agency who will issue a certification if the new hire is qualified.
