Can employees complete the WOTC forms BOTH online and on the phone with you?

CMS Says YES!! Unlike some other WOTC service providers, at CMS we don’t limit our customers to using only ONE method of collecting the WOTC info from your new hires. We have three ways to collect the data:

  1. Secure Online Portal – with translate option.
  2. Phone Call through our multi-lingual 24/7 call center.
  3. Paper methods – we can receive via email, fax, or mail.

Customers can select one method if they prefer that, OR they can use a combination of all three methods to collect the data. CMS’s WOTC Administration team takes care of reviewing applications and submits each qualified candidate to the state workforce agency. When we receive the Tax Credit certification, we track the hours and wages to ensure you receive the maximum tax credit for the employee.
