Are employees required to fill out WOTC form?
CMS Says: Participation in the WOTC program is voluntary on behalf of employees and employers. It is not a requirement for either party. You can encourage new employees to participate by including the WOTC screening as part of your onboarding paperwork, and by telling them that your company is participating in a government program that initiates jobs.
