CMS Says: Hi, yes, we can still accept paper forms to process the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Paper forms can be mailed to us, or if you prefer, secure fax. Our preference is to use our online system for screening all new hires. It’s more secure, faster, and you can use it on any device.
