CMS Says: Hello, yes. The latest statistics available at the moment are from 2018. We have the 2018 statistics, plus a look back at WOTC in Illinois from 2014-2018 here. Nationwide Illinois issued 4.95% of WOTC Tax Credits in 2018 and was also one of five states that issued over 100,000 WOTC credits.
